The white nights
The white nights come to St. Petersburg in late spring – early summer – this is a time when nights are nearly as bright as days. On one such night, which I was spending on the shore of the Finnish Gulf, a lily-of-the-valley caught my attention, and I thought: a white flower on a white night! This was its time, its hour, therefore I simply could not but portray it. Technical specification: Nikon D850; Sigma 150mm F/2.8 APO MACRO DG HSM; 0.8 sec at f3.5; ISO 100.
